The Pride VivaLift! Ultra is a power lift recliner with heat, massage and VivaLift! Tilt. Tilt leans the whole chair back until your knees are above your heart, which Pride describes as a feeling of weightlessness.

Three heating pads warm the shoulders, lower back and seat, each with three heat levels. The air massage works on the lower back with three intensity settings. The heat and massage buttons sit on the inside of the armrest, where they are easy to reach. The backrest and footrest move independently, and the headrest and lumbar support are powered.

Small: for users 5’4” and under, 20” seat width
Medium: 5’6” to 6’, 22.5” seat width
Large: 6’ and up, 23” seat width

All sizes hold up to 400 lbs. You also get a hideaway wireless phone charger, a hideaway cup holder and a lithium battery backup for power outages.

Free standard delivery is included. You can choose Inside/Garage or White Glove delivery at checkout.

Lifetime Warranty

A lifetime warranty covers the lift and recline mechanisms as well as the chair frame. These parts are guaranteed to remain free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, for as long as the chair is owned and used by the original purchaser. Coverage includes:

Metal fatigue
Defective welds
Bushings

Note: Only the defective portion of the lift or recline mechanism, scissor(s), or chair frame may be replaced. Damage resulting from misuse or abuse is not covered.

Seven-Year Pro-Rated Warranty

In addition to the lifetime warranty, a seven-year pro-rated warranty applies to the following components:

Hand Control
Transformer/Control Box
Power Headrest
Power Lumbar

Years 1–4 (full coverage):

These parts will be repaired or replaced if found defective in materials or workmanship.

Years 5–7 (pro-rated coverage):

Parts may be replaced at a discounted rate off the suggested retail price:

Year 7: 5% off

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not extend to fabric. Labor, service calls, shipping, and related charges are not included unless specifically authorized in advance. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation costs and for any shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement.

The warranty also does not cover:

Circumstances beyond the manufacturer’s control
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Damage caused by contamination, abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper operation, maintenance, or storage
Battery fluid spillage or leakage
Commercial or non-standard use

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless restricted by law. All other implied warranties are excluded. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is not covered under this warranty.
