We offer rentals and sales of Wheelchairs, Transport and Companion chairs, High Back Reclining Wheelchairs, Electric mobility scooters and Motorized Wheelchairs, Medical Lift Chairs, Electric Automatic Hospital Beds, Knee Walkers and Knee Scooters, Rollators and Walkers.

For Deliveries we offer a "White Glove Service" which includes Delivery, Setup, Teach & Educate Functionality and Pickup (for rentals) at your Home or any where else you would like.

RENTAL PROCESS:

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND CAN I GET EXPEDITED DELIVERY ?

  • We do same day deliveries including white glove service or the delivery can be setup according to your convenience at your chosen location even if it is at a hospital or a hotel.
  • We also pick up the knee walker from your designated location.
RETURN POLICY.
Upon delivery, instructions will be given to you with a demonstration for operation. We will make sure you are able to use the knee caddy when delivery is completed. If for some reason you feel this is not for you then please contact us immediately so that we can coordinate a more appropriate solution.

We will ensure that the product is perfect in every aspect but if you see a fault then please get in touch immediately.

  • If you call us after three days, you will be responsible for transportation cost for the replacement Knee Scooter ($35).
  • If you want to cancel the order after having received the Knee Scooter then you will be responsible for the transportation cost to and from your location ($65).

Sanitization:

  • The equipment is first cleaned with a dry soft cloth and air spray to get rid of all the debris and dust particles.
  • Then a 75% alcohol based disinfectant is sprayed throughout the equipment especially at the point of contact like the wheelchair arm rest and wheel rims or the Knee walker handles and seats. We let the disinfectant sit for 15 minutes  before the wipe down.
  • The mobility equipment seats are cleaned with brushes to make sure all dust, lint, hair and debris are taken out and then sprayed on with the 75% alcohol based disinfectant.
