Lifetime Warranty

The lift and recline mechanisms, along with the chair frame, are covered by a lifetime warranty for the original owner. These components are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for as long as the chair is in use. Coverage includes protection against metal fatigue, defective welds, and bushings.

Note: The manufacturer reserves the right to replace only the defective part of the lift and recline mechanism, scissor(s), or chair frame. Damage resulting from misuse or abuse is not covered under this warranty.

Seven-Year Pro-Rated Warranty

For the first four (4) years from the date of purchase, the following parts will be repaired or replaced (at the manufacturer’s discretion) if found defective in materials or workmanship by an authorized representative:

• Motor

• Transformer/Control Box
  
• Power Headrest
  
• Power Lumbar
  

For the next three (3) years, these parts remain covered under a pro-rated warranty as follows:

• Fifth year: 25% off the suggested retail price
  
• Sixth year: 15% off the suggested retail price
  
• Seventh year: 5% off the suggested retail price
  

Covered parts under the pro-rated warranty include:

• Motor
  
• Hand Control
  
• Transformer/Control Box
  
• Power Headrest
  
• Power Lumbar
  

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover fabric. Labor, service calls, shipping, and other related costs are excluded unless specifically authorized in advance. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation costs and any shipping damage incurred when submitting parts for repair or replacement.

Exclusions also apply to:

• Circumstances beyond the manufacturer’s control
  
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  
• Labor, service calls, or shipping charges without prior authorization
  

Additionally, damage caused by the following is not covered:

• Contamination
  
• Abuse, misuse, accidents, or negligence
  
• Battery fluid spillage or leakage
  
• Commercial or non-standard use
  
• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
  

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase (where permitted by law). All other implied warranties are excluded. This warranty is the exclusive remedy, and liability for consequential damages under any and all warranties is excluded.

Note: Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by state.
