A lifetime warranty is provided on the lift and recline mechanisms as well as the chair frame. These components are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the chair is owned and used by the original purchaser. This warranty includes coverage for:

• Metal fatigue

• Bushings
  

Note: The manufacturer may choose to replace only the specific part of the lift or recline mechanism, scissor(s), or chair frame found to be defective due to workmanship. Damage caused by misuse or abuse is not covered.

Seven-Year Pro-Rated Warranty

In addition to the lifetime warranty, a seven-year pro-rated warranty is offered on key components.

First four (4) years from purchase:

The manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace any of the following parts if found defective in material or workmanship:

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover fabric. The manufacturer is not responsible for labor, service calls, shipping costs, or other expenses related to repairs unless specifically authorized in advance. Transportation costs and damages that occur during shipping are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Additional exclusions apply to:

• Circumstances outside of the manufacturer’s control
  
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  
• Damage caused by contamination, abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper maintenance/storage
  
• Battery fluid spillage or leakage
  
• Commercial or non-standard use
  

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the purchase date, unless otherwise restricted by law. All other implied warranties are excluded. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered under any warranty.

It also comes with a 7-year limited warranty on the motor, hand control, transformer, and battery backup — with full coverage for the first 4 years and pro-rated coverage for the remaining 3 years.

4. How do I clean and maintain the lift chair?

To keep your chair looking new, vacuum it regularly using a soft brush attachment and blot spills right away. For stains, use a mild water-based upholstery cleaner, testing it first on a hidden area. Avoid soaking the fabric. Wipe electronic parts with a dry microfiber cloth, check cords for wear, and always unplug the chair before cleaning.

5. How difficult is assembly and setup?

Assembly is simple and takes about 15–30 minutes. You’ll just need to slide the backrest into the base, attach the side bolsters, connect the color-coded wires, install the lithium battery pack, and plug in the power cord. No special tools are required, but having an extra pair of hands can make the process easier.
