A bench that spans the edge of your bathtub, with two legs inside the tub and two on the bathroom floor, so you sit down first and then swing your legs over. The backrest reverses to suit either orientation.

Measuring your bathroom, not just your tub

People measure the tub and forget the floor. You need roughly 12 to 14 inches of clear floor space alongside the tub for the outer pair of legs, and that space has to be flat. A toilet, vanity or radiator sitting tight against the tub is the usual obstacle. Measure from the outside of the tub wall to the nearest fixture before ordering. Inside the tub, any standard alcove tub has room for the inner legs.
