Will it roll over your toilet?

This is the check people skip. For the chair to position over a toilet, the bowl needs clearance underneath and around it for the front castors and the rear frame. Standard floor-mounted toilets with an open base are fine. Skirted or fully enclosed bases, and toilets set into a tight alcove or hard against a vanity, often are not. Measure the width of the bowl plus four inches either side, and check there is nothing fixed directly behind it.
