An aluminium shower chair with padded armrests and a contoured seat, rated to 300 lb. The height adjusts and it assembles without tools.
Do you actually want the armrests?
Armrests give you something to push down on when standing, which matters more than most people expect. The trade-off is width. A chair with arms needs roughly four more inches of clearance than a plain shower stool, so inside a standard 30-inch alcove tub it fits but leaves little room to swing your legs over the side. In a walk-in shower there is no issue. If your tub is narrow and you mainly need somewhere to sit rather than something to push against, a backless stool may suit you better.
