The Revo® 2.0 3-Wheel is a heavy-duty mobility scooter built for users who want a combination of power, comfort, and maneuverability. With a 400-lb. weight capacity, up to 5.2 mph speed, and a 40-inch turning radius, it delivers dependable performance in a variety of environments. Comfort-Trac front and rear suspension, an ergonomic delta tiller, a comfort-focused seat, and rugged flat-free tires provide a smooth and comfortable ride. Convenient features such as a USB charging port, LED headlight, front basket, adjustable tiller, and accessible tie-down points make the Revo 2.0 practical for everyday use and transportation.

For the lifetime of the product from the original date of purchase, Pride Mobility Products will, at its option, repair or replace, free of charge to the original purchaser, any of the following components that are determined by an authorized Pride representative to be defective in material or workmanship:

  • Tiller Frame
TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For two (2) years from the original date of purchase, Pride Mobility Products will, at its option, repair or replace, free of charge to the original purchaser, any of the following components that are determined by an authorized Pride representative to be defective in material or workmanship:

  • Transaxle
  • Brake
  • Bushings
  • Bearings
  • Motor Brake (electronic function only)

Electronic Assemblies, including:

  • Electronic Controllers
  • Chargers
  • Harnesses
  • Other Electrical Subassemblies
SIX-MONTH BATTERY WARRANTY

The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty provided by the battery manufacturer. Batteries are not warranted directly by Pride Mobility Products.

Important: Battery charge must be properly maintained from the date of product delivery to preserve warranty coverage. For mobility products that are not used regularly, or during periods of storage before or after purchase, the batteries must be charged once a week for 24 hours. Failure to follow these charging requirements will void the battery warranty.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover items that may require replacement as a result of normal wear and tear, including:

  • ABS Plastic Shrouds
  • Motor Brushes
  • Upholstery and Seating
  • Brake Pads
  • Tires and Tubes
  • Fuses and Bulbs
  • Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
  • Labor, service calls, shipping, and other repair-related charges, unless specifically authorized in advance by Pride Mobility Products
  • Repairs or modifications made to any component without prior written or specific authorization from Pride
Additional Warranty Exclusions

This warranty also excludes components that have been damaged or have failed due to:

  • Use of parts or accessories that are not original Pride parts or were not purchased through an authorized Pride provider
  • Contamination
  • Abuse, misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Battery fluid spillage or leakage
  • Use outside the product's normal design specifications
  • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
  • Acts of God or natural events

Transaxle Noise:
If there is an increase in the operational noise level of the transaxle, the warranty does not apply. Increased operational noise is generally caused by abusive or excessive strain on the scooter.

Battery Performance:
Gradual deterioration in performance caused by leaving the battery in a discharged state, prolonged exposure to cold conditions, or normal battery wear resulting from heavy use is not covered under this warranty.
