For the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace, at its option and at no charge to the original purchaser, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized Pride representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

• Tiller Frame

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace, at its option and at no charge to the original purchaser, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized Pride representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

• Transaxle
• Brake
• Bushings
• Bearings
• Motor Brake (electronic function only)

Electronic Assemblies:

• Electronic Controllers
• Chargers
• Harnesses
• Any Other Electrical Subassembly

SIX-MONTH BATTERY WARRANTY

Batteries are covered by a separate six-month warranty provided by the battery manufacturer and are not warranted by Pride.

Battery Maintenance: Starting from the date of delivery, battery charge must be maintained to keep warranty coverage. If the scooter is not used regularly, or is in storage before or after purchase, charge the batteries once a week for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void the battery warranty.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover items that may need replacement due to normal wear and tear, including:

• ABS Plastic Shrouds
• Motor Brushes
• Upholstery and Seating
• Brake Pads
• Tires and Tubes
• Fuses/Bulbs
• Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
• Labor, service calls, shipping, and other repair charges unless specifically authorized in advance by Pride Mobility Products
• Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride

DAMAGE OR FAILURE EXCLUSIONS

Coverage also excludes components with damage or failure caused by:

• Parts or accessories that are not original Pride parts or not purchased through an authorized Pride provider
• Contamination
• Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
• Battery fluid spillage or leakage
• Use other than normal design specifications
• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
• Acts of God or nature

ADDITIONAL WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Transaxle Noise: The warranty does not apply if the transaxle's operating noise increases, which usually results from abusive or excessive strain on the scooter.

Battery Performance: Gradual loss of performance caused by leaving batteries discharged, extended exposure to cold, or wear from heavy use is not covered.

It does not fold, but it disassembles into five pieces with Pride's one-hand Feather-Touch system. The heaviest piece weighs just 54 lbs, and the pieces fit in most car trunks.

5. Can I use it indoors and outdoors?

Yes. The 42" turning radius handles indoor spaces well, and the flat-free, non-marking tires work on pavement, gravel, and grass.

6. Is the seat adjustable?

Yes. The 18" x 17" seat swivels for easy on and off, slides forward and back, and can be raised from about 20.5" to 22" seat-to-ground height.

7. Where do I plug in the charger?

The charging port is located on the tiller for easy access, and the off-board charger is included.

8. Does it have a USB charging port?

No. The Victory 10 does not include a built-in USB port.
