Warranty & Service

If you experience a problem with your scooter, simply contact our customer service team. We will arrange for an authorized technician to diagnose and repair your scooter. Required parts will be shipped directly to the technician or your residence at no additional charge. Every effort will be made to restore your mobility equipment as quickly as possible.

Warranty Coverage

• 3 Years: Structural frame components, including the platform, forks, seat post, and frame welds.
• 2 Years: Electronic components, including the controller and battery charger.
• 2 Years: Drivetrain components, including the differential, motor, and brakes.
• 2 Years: Batteries are covered by the battery manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover items that require replacement due to normal wear and tear, including ABS plastic shrouds, tires and tubes, upholstery, and seating. Labor, service calls, shipping, and other repair-related charges are also excluded unless specifically authorized in advance by Pride Mobility Products Corporation.

Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship. Abuse, improper use, or intentional misuse of the scooter may void the warranty.

A: Three steps, and the seat stays on. It folds to 12 inches and stands upright on its own supports, so it can be wheeled or stored against a wall rather than laid flat.

Q: Can I take it on a plane?

A: The lithium-ion battery is airline-compliant. Airlines set their own rules on battery watt-hours and mobility devices, so confirm with your carrier before you fly.

Q: How does charging work?

A: Pride's Charge360 port uses a magnetic connection instead of a plug you have to line up, and an LED confirms it is charging.
