Two-Year Limited Warranty

For a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, the following parts are covered under warranty and will, at the manufacturer’s option, be repaired or replaced if found defective in material or workmanship by an authorized representative:

Note: Warranty claims for electronic assemblies may be void if damage is caused by the use of non-original parts or accessories not purchased through an authorized provider.

RF Wireless Pendant Warranty

All RF Wireless Pendants are covered against breakage for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes loss of the pendant.

Lithium-Ion Battery Pack Warranty

The lithium-ion battery pack is covered by a twelve (12) month (1 year) warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not extend to fabric. Labor, service calls, shipping, and any other related costs are not included unless specifically authorized in advance. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation costs and for any shipping damage incurred when submitting parts for repair or replacement.

Additional exclusions include:

• Circumstances beyond the manufacturer’s control
  
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  
• Labor, service calls, or shipping charges without prior authorization
  

Warranty coverage also excludes damage caused by:

• Use of non-original parts or accessories not purchased through an authorized provider
  
• Contamination
  
• Abuse, including dropping or subjecting the product to severe impact or crushing
  
• Misuse or negligence
  
• Battery fluid spillage or leakage
  
• Commercial or non-standard use
  
• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
  
• Acts of God or natural disasters

What sizes does the Genesis LC-150 come in?
Small with a 20" seat width and Medium with a 22" seat width. Large is not offered in this model.

Does the Genesis LC-150 work during a power outage?
Yes. An integrated battery backup runs the lift mechanism when mains power is unavailable.

What fabrics are available?
Sophie fabric in Latte, Sapphire, Shale and Cabernet, or Lexis vinyl in Chestnut.

Which side does the hand control attach to?
Either. The magnetic dock is fitted on both armrests.

How long is the warranty?
Two years limited on the motor, lift frame, transformer and control boxes, hand control and scissor mechanisms. The RF wireless pendant is covered for 90 days. The lithium-ion battery pack is covered for 12 months. Fabric is not covered.
