5-Year Limited Warranty

For five (5) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace, at our option and for the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship.

13-Month Limited Warranty

For thirteen (13) months from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace, at our option and for the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship.

Electronic Assemblies: Charger Assembly, Controller, Joystick

Main Frame Assemblies: Metal Seat Framing

Other Components: Electrical Harnesses, Accessories, Anti-Tip Forks, Front Riggings, Bearings and Bushings, Motor/Gearbox Assembly, Brakes (Electronic Function ONLY), Caster Forks, Front Rigging Mounting Brackets

13-Month Battery Warranty

The batteries are covered by a separate thirteen (13) month warranty provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.

Important: Starting from the date of product delivery, battery charge must be maintained to ensure warranty coverage. For mobility products that are not used regularly, or during periods of storage before and after purchase, batteries must be charged once a week for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void the battery warranty.

6-Month Warranty – Lithium-Ion Batteries

Lithium-Ion batteries are covered by a separate six (6) month warranty provided by the battery manufacturer. Batteries are not warranted by Pride.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not extend to items that may require replacement due to normal wear and tear, including:

ABS Plastic Shrouds, Brake Pads, Motor Brushes, Tires and Tubes, Upholstery and Seating, Fuses/Bulbs, and circumstances beyond the control of Pride.

The warranty does not cover labor, service calls, shipping, or other charges incurred for repair of the product unless specifically authorized in advance by Pride Mobility Products.

Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without the specific consent of Pride are also excluded.

Damage Exclusions: Contamination, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, battery fluid spillage or leakage, commercial use or use other than normal, and improper operation, maintenance, or storage.

Note: Gradual deterioration in performance caused by the battery being left in a discharged state, exposed to cold conditions for an extended period, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.

A: Two-motor front-wheel drive, on 14 inch drive wheels. Front-wheel drive helps indoors in tight spaces, and the large front wheels absorb obstacles and grade changes better than smaller casters.

A: 26.5 inch turning radius. The chair is 38.25 inches long and 29.25 inches wide, so measure your doorways and hallways before ordering.

Q: Are the tires maintenance-free?

A: Yes. The drive tires are solid and flat-free, so there is nothing to inflate and no punctures to repair.

Q: How much does it weigh, and can it be transported?

A: 336 lbs in total. The base alone is 195 lbs, which is the heaviest single piece, so this chair needs a vehicle lift or ramp rather than lifting into a trunk.

Q: What batteries and charger does it use?

A: Two 12 volt Group 24 batteries with an 8 amp off-board charger, running a 90A PG VR2 controller.
