Lifetime Warranty

The lift and recline mechanisms and the chair frame are covered by a lifetime warranty. These parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, for as long as the chair remains in use by the original purchaser. Coverage includes:

• Metal fatigue
  
• Defective welds
  
• Bushings
  

Note: Only the defective portion of the lift or recline mechanism or chair frame may be replaced.

Exclusions: The lifetime warranty on the lift and recline mechanisms and chair frame does not apply to the following models, which are covered by separate warranties: LC102, LC105, LC106, LC805, LC835, and LC358XXL.

Seven-Year Pro-Rated Warranty

(Elegance, Heritage, Infinity [including non-medical], and Serenity Collections)

Years 1–4:

The following components will be repaired or replaced if found defective in materials or workmanship:

• Motor
  
• Heat Pad
  
• Chair Frame
  
• Hand Control
  
• Massage Unit
  
• Recline Mechanisms
  
• Transformer/Control Box
  

Years 5–7 (pro-rated coverage):

The same components are covered under a pro-rated warranty with the following discounts off the suggested retail price:

• Year 5: 25% off
  
• Year 6: 15% off
  
• Year 7: 5% off
  

Reconditioned Units Warranty

All reconditioned units are covered by a six-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover fabric or steel frame chairs. It also excludes labor, service calls, shipping, and any other repair-related costs unless specifically authorized in advance. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation costs and any shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for service.

Other exclusions include:

• Circumstances beyond the manufacturer’s control
  
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  
• Labor, service calls, and shipping costs without prior authorization
  

Damage caused by the following is also excluded:

• Contamination
  
• Abuse, misuse, accidents, or negligence
  
• Battery fluid spillage or leakage
  
• Commercial or non-standard use
  
• Improper operation, storage, or maintenance
  

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise restricted by law. All other implied warranties are excluded. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is not covered under this warranty.

Note: Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental/consequential damages. Therefore, these restrictions may not apply. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary depending on your state.
