The Pride Evolution LC-435 is a 3-position lift chair from Pride’s Sitting Pretty collection. The lift raises you gently to a standing position, so getting up takes less effort on your knees and back. You control everything with a simple toggle hand control.

It comes in five sizes, so you can match the chair to your height and weight. The Small, Medium and Large sizes hold up to 400 lbs and have pull-out arms with a cup holder, a storage compartment and USB-A and USB-C charging ports. On these sizes the leg rest extends before the back reclines, which gives you an extra resting position. The XL and XXL sizes are built for heavier users, with a 500 lb or 600 lb capacity, a USB charger in the hand control and a lithium battery backup.

Every size has a battery backup, so the chair still works during a power outage, and a chaise pad that supports your legs all the way from the seat to the footrest. The chair is covered by a 7-year pro-rated warranty.

Lifetime Warranty

The lift and recline mechanisms and the chair frame are covered by a lifetime warranty. These parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, for as long as the chair remains in use by the original purchaser. Coverage includes:

Metal fatigue
Defective welds
Bushings

Note: Only the defective portion of the lift or recline mechanism or chair frame may be replaced.

Exclusions: The lifetime warranty on the lift and recline mechanisms and chair frame does not apply to the following models, which are covered by separate warranties: LC102, LC105, LC106, LC805, LC835, and LC358XXL.

Seven-Year Pro-Rated Warranty

(Elegance, Heritage, Infinity [including non-medical], and Serenity Collections)

Years 1–4:

The following components will be repaired or replaced if found defective in materials or workmanship:

Reconditioned Units Warranty

All reconditioned units are covered by a six-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover fabric or steel frame chairs. It also excludes labor, service calls, shipping, and any other repair-related costs unless specifically authorized in advance. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation costs and any shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for service.

Other exclusions include:

Circumstances beyond the manufacturer’s control
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Labor, service calls, and shipping costs without prior authorization

Damage caused by the following is also excluded:

Contamination
Abuse, misuse, accidents, or negligence
Battery fluid spillage or leakage
Commercial or non-standard use
Improper operation, storage, or maintenance

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise restricted by law. All other implied warranties are excluded. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is not covered under this warranty.

Note: Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental/consequential damages. Therefore, these restrictions may not apply. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary depending on your state.
