Do you need the pads or not?

Pads gel liquid waste so the bag can be lifted and binned without sloshing. If the commode is being used for both liquid and solid waste, you want the pads. If it is being used mainly for solids, or if you empty the bucket straight into the toilet each time and the liner is only there to keep the bucket clean, pads are an unnecessary cost. These liners are the cheaper option for that second case. Our 24-pack with pads is the one to buy if you are unsure.
