For the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at its option, for the original purchaser at no charge, any of the following components found upon examination by an authorized representative to be defective in material or workmanship:

• Fork
• Seat Post
• Tiller Frame

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For two (2) years from the date of purchase, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at its option, for the original purchaser at no charge, any of the following components found upon examination by an authorized representative to be defective in material or workmanship:

• Transaxle
• Brake
• Bushings
• Bearings
• Motor Brake — electronic function only

Electronic Assemblies:

• Electronic Controllers
• Chargers
• Harnesses
• Other Electrical Subassemblies

SIX-MONTH BATTERY WARRANTY

The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty provided by the battery manufacturer. Batteries are not covered directly by the manufacturer.

Important: Beginning on the date of product delivery, the battery must be properly charged and maintained to remain eligible for warranty coverage. For mobility products that are not used regularly or are stored before or after purchase, the batteries should be charged once a week for 24 hours. Failure to properly maintain the battery may void the battery warranty.
