Most deliveries here go to the high-rise condos and apartment towers just off Michigan Avenue. We know the loading docks and freight elevators in these buildings, so getting a lightweight wheelchair upstairs doesn't hold things up.

Yes. Every chair has an aluminum frame rated to 300 lb, a padded seat and back, supportive armrests, and swing-away footrests. Each unit is inspected before delivery, frame, wheels, brakes, and footrests, then disinfected with a 75% alcohol-based solution. We set it up and adjust it for the user on arrival.
Yes. The chair folds flat and airlines check ultra lightweight wheelchairs free of charge, cruise lines and trains accommodate them too. Give the airline advance notice and you can use the chair right up to the gate. Many customers rent specifically for cruises and fly-in visits.
