Seven-Year Pro-Rated Warranty

In addition to the lifetime warranty, a seven-year pro-rated warranty applies to certain electrical and powered components.

First four (4) years from purchase:

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover fabric. It also does not include labor, service calls, shipping, or other costs related to repair, unless specifically authorized in advance. All transportation costs and damages incurred during shipping for warranty claims are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Additional exclusions include:

• Circumstances outside of the manufacturer’s control

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase, where allowed by law. All other implied warranties are excluded. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is not covered under any warranty.
