A lifetime warranty is provided on the lift and recline mechanisms as well as the chair frame. These components are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the chair is owned and used by the original purchaser. Seven-Year Pro-Rated Warranty

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover fabric. The manufacturer is not responsible for labor, service calls, shipping costs, or other expenses related to repairs unless specifically authorized in advance. Transportation costs and damages that occur during shipping are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Additional exclusions apply to:

• Circumstances outside of the manufacturer’s control

Implied Warranties
