What you need to know when ordering
The batteries are enclosed in a canvas pack, with an attached charging port and may be charged on or off the scooter. Whenever you remove or reinstall the battery pack you must hook up two wired battery connections from the scooter to the battery pack. If you think that might be difficult for you, we suggest upgrading to the Go Go Ultra X, which offers wireless connections.
