LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

For the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace, at its option and at no charge to the original purchaser, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized Pride representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

Structural Frame Components:

• Main Frame
• Fork
• Seat Post
• Tiller Frame

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace, at its option and at no charge to the original purchaser, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized Pride representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

• Transaxle
• Brake
• Bushings
• Bearings
• Motor Brake (electronic function only)

Electronic Assemblies:

• Electronic Controllers
• Chargers
• Harnesses
• Other Electrical Subassemblies

SIX-MONTH WARRANTY

The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty provided by the battery manufacturer. Batteries are not warranted by Pride.

Battery Maintenance: Starting from the date of product delivery, the battery charge must be properly maintained to ensure warranty coverage. For mobility products that are not used regularly, or during periods of storage before or after the purchase date, batteries must be charged once a week for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void the battery warranty.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not extend to items that may require replacement due to normal wear and tear, including:

• ABS Plastic Shrouds
• Motor Brushes
• Upholstery and Seating
• Brake Pads
• Tires and Tubes
• Fuses/Bulbs
• Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
• Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized in advance by Pride Mobility Products
• Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride

DAMAGE OR FAILURE EXCLUSIONS

Warranty coverage also excludes components with damage or failure caused by:

• Parts or accessories that are not original Pride parts or were not purchased through an authorized Pride provider
• Contamination
• Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
• Battery fluid spillage or leakage
• Use other than normal design specifications
• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
• Acts of God or nature

ADDITIONAL WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Transaxle Noise: If there is an increase in the operational noise level of the transaxle, the warranty does not apply. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive or excessive strain on the scooter.

Battery Performance: Gradual deterioration in performance resulting from the battery being left in a discharged state, prolonged exposure to cold conditions, or normal battery wear from heavy use is not covered by the warranty.

The scooter can reach speeds of up to 4.1 mph at a 325 lb rider weight.

3. How far can it travel on a single charge?

The standard 8Ah battery provides up to 5 miles of range, while the optional 16Ah MAXX battery provides up to 9.9 miles at 325 lbs.

4. What batteries are available?

The scooter comes with an 8Ah lithium-ion battery, with an optional 16Ah MAXX battery box available for additional range.

5. Is the scooter easy to transport?

Yes. The feather-touch disassembly system allows the scooter to separate into five lightweight pieces for easier transport and storage.

6. Does it have suspension?

Yes, front and rear CTS suspension helps provide a smoother and more comfortable ride over varied terrain.

7. Does it include a headlight?

Yes, it features a high-intensity LED headlight mounted on the tiller.

8. Is the standard battery airline-safe?

The standard 8Ah battery is designed to meet applicable airline requirements, but airline transportation is subject to federal regulations and individual airline policies. Always confirm with your airline before traveling.

9. Can the 16Ah MAXX battery be taken on an airplane?

No. The 16Ah MAXX battery does not meet airline requirements.

10. What seating options are available?

The scooter is available with either a 17" x 17" mesh-back seat or a 20" x 18" compact foldable seat with adjustable armrests.
