3. Sales of medical equipment and supplies

3.1 Orders and payment

When you place an order for the purchase of a product on our website, you are making an offer to purchase that product subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing and product information

We make every effort to display accurate product information, descriptions, images, and pricing on our website. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information without prior notice.

3.3 Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines and delivery fees will be displayed at checkout. While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3.4 Returns and refunds (sales)

All sales returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Key points include:

• The returned item must be physically received back at our facility within 15 days from the date you received your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Certain product categories including bathroom safety equipment, compression stockings, respiratory accessories, and maternity products are non-returnable.
• A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before shipping any item back.

4. Rental of medical equipment

4.1 Rental agreement

When you place a rental booking, you are entering into a rental agreement with Medical Supplies and Services for temporary use of the specified equipment for the agreed rental period. Rental of equipment does not transfer ownership to the customer.

4.2 Rental charges and payment

Rental charges are based on the agreed rental period and will be presented at the time of booking. By confirming a rental, you authorize us to charge your payment method for:

• The rental fee for the agreed rental period.
• Any applicable delivery or pickup fees.
• Security deposit, if required (refundable upon return of equipment in satisfactory condition).
• Applicable taxes and other disclosed charges.
• Any damage, loss, or excessive wear charges assessed upon return of the equipment.

4.3 Rental period and extensions

The rental period begins on the agreed start date and ends on the agreed return date. If you need to extend your rental period, you must contact us at info@medicalsuppliesandservices.com or call 847-696-6814 before the scheduled return date.

4.4 Use of rented equipment

By renting equipment from us, you agree to:

• Inspect the equipment promptly upon receipt and report any pre-existing damage or defects to us within 24 hours.
• Use the equipment only for its intended medical purpose and in accordance with all included instructions.
• Not allow unauthorized, unsafe, or unqualified individuals to use the rented equipment.
• Stop use immediately if the equipment appears to be defective or unsafe, and notify us right away.
• Not attempt to repair, modify, or alter the rented equipment in any way.
• Return the equipment in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear.

4.5 Damage, loss, and liability (rental)

You are responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of rented equipment during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. We strongly recommend inspecting all equipment upon delivery and documenting its condition.

4.6 Cancellations and refunds (rental)

Rental cancellation and refund terms will be provided at the time of booking. In general:

• Cancellations made well in advance of the rental start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• Cancellations made close to or after the rental start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows or failure to collect equipment without prior notice will be treated as a confirmed rental and charged accordingly.

4.7 Return and pickup of rented equipment

All rented equipment must be returned by the agreed return date in clean condition, with all components, accessories, and original packaging included. Late returns will be subject to additional daily rental charges.

• Pickup must be scheduled in advance. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your rental end date.
• An adult (18 or older) must be present at the time of pickup.
• The equipment must be available and accessible at the time of the scheduled pickup.
• Once your rental period is complete, our standard scheduled pickup time is 2:00 PM on your confirmed pickup date.
• In some cases, our pickup team may experience delays due to high order volumes. Please do not remove the name tag attached to your rental item, as it is used to identify and verify equipment during pickup.

5. Use of our website

Our website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to browse, purchase, and rent medical supplies and equipment. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, submit false or fraudulent information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, copy or commercially exploit any content, upload malicious code, interfere with the operation of the website, or infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, product descriptions, and the overall design, is the property of Medical Supplies and Services and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may print or download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written permission.

9. No medical or professional advice

All information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only. Medical Supplies and Services does not provide medical advice, clinical assessments, or any other professional health advice. 12. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product or rental giving rise to the claim.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Medical Supplies and Services regarding your use of our Service.
