Overview of the Prowler 4-Wheel

Drive Medicals’ sturdy Prowler 4-wheel scooter has a 500 lb. weight capacity and is loaded with luxury features you would expect to cost more! Travel outdoors in total comfort with the easy to adjust high back captains seat, which slides forward and back and also swivels 360 degrees to make getting on and off the scooter easier. The seat comes standard in a 20” width, and a 22” width is available as an option. The seat also reclines and folds forward for transport. The delta-style tiller gives you lots of room to grip for steering safety and control, since this scooter will travel up to 7 mph. A hand-operated drum brake is an additional safety feature for quick stops. Head and tail lights, turn signals, brake and back-up lights are included as well as double rear-view mirrors.

What You Need to Know When Ordering

The Prowler 4-Wheel is too large for use indoors, but it is perfect for outside use and rougher terrain. The Prowler does not come apart for transport, so if you want to take it with you, consider purchasing a vehicle lift with the Prowler 4-Wheel.

The price includes free curbside delivery, and while the item is brought to your home, it is not brought inside or removed from the box. This is a large heavy item, so it is best to have someone there to help you bring it inside and set it up. If you require extra assistance with delivery, Inside Delivery or White Glove Delivery Service are available for an extra charge (see details at right). Please note: White Glove Delivery agents are not permitted to conduct patient training on equipment.
