Shipping
For products being shipped from domestic (USA) warehouse:
- Products are usually shipped out within 3-5 business days.
- Domestic shipments are sent via USPS.
For products being shipped from International warehouses:
- It usually takes about 10-30 working days to arrive via economy shipping which does not include tracking number. 7-15 working days for standard shipping which including tracking number. Transit time may be a little delayed because of the bad weather and customs inspection. If you do not receive your item within 30 working days since payment was made, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
- PS: We also offer faster shipping service (3-5 days to deliver), such as DHL,FedEx, UPS, but buyers have to pay an extra shipping cost and contact us for the request.
Return Policy:
- If the product was damaged during shipment, please take a pic and email us at - returns@medquipservices.com
- If unsatisfied with the product, please get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Only unused, undamaged and original condition item can be qualified for a return.
- Shipment to be paid by the customer.
